American Reloading

Yeah, but you have to understand ... my program would scan their website every 60 seconds. I would have an order in within 3 minutes of it showing on the website. That type of automation can expose some holes in a dealer's processes.
High tech redneck. 😁

The gun club east of you, the TRPC, has group buys and in house FFL. You might want to check them out. My pops in law (RIP) got primers and powder at the clubhouse pretty regularly.

Primers are here, nice young lady came to the door.

Power is still out, got a text saying around 7:00 PM to have it restored, been out since last night around 10:00 PM

Small package, don’t take up much more room than 1K Federals. Flashlight pics

For a company who's business is only online, I was not able to do business with them. Thier system wouldn't recognize my e-mail address as valid and attempts to have them correct this were futile. Funny thing was I kept receiving notices from them in my e-mail that thier system wouldn't recognize during purchase attempts. 🤪

Well. Dang! That’s just strange.
I wonder if it would work if you signed up with Google or Yahoo? I use them for my online stuff.

Well that probably would work and I do have a Google account attached to my phone, but I never use it. I've never had a problem setting up an account or purchasing as a guest anywhere else. 🙂

Fiocchi primers have arrived. I am fatigued from cutting into the heavily taped overpack (so labeled) box, and digging out the bubble wrap to see actual Fiocchi boxes of primers. Entirely different from the sloppy packaging I got from Academy.

The long narrow 150 shot trays are... interesting. I will have to see if my flip tray will catch them all at once.

The driver DID wait for a signature. I wonder what he thought about the orange "1.4 EXPLOSIVE" label and red striped "Hazardous materials shipping papers enclosed" pouch.

HEY
I just noticed “Made in Italy.”
I have read that they had a US primer line. If so, must be using them all in house.
Good primers, but they suck to dump into my Dillon RF100. As I am pulling the sleeve off of the tray while it is inverted over the funnel one or more of the primers inevitably come out of their slot and get between the sleeve and tray, making several others just fall right out on the floor. I really wish they went through my Double Alpha primer pro so I could just dump 4 sleeves in at once, but, no such luck.

Mine came in today and they were nicely packaged in a cardboard box with just a layer of packing tape sealing the ends

Wow you're right.
I stacked mine next to a Federal 1k primer box and it is neither as wide or a tall at the Federal packaging...I'm guessing about 60% the volume of the Federal 1k box. It is interesting that they pack the primers in the tray on edge just like the Federal primers, they just don't leave as much room between individual primers.

Primer flipper tray as a go between?
I tried them in a round Hornady tray and a square FA tray and the tray of primers barely fit. I think the whole outer rows were riding the edge of the flipper tray.

However, the 150 tray fits perfectly in the Lee primer tray...the one that folds into a triangle

Mine is sig required as well, not unusual, don't know about the Fedex driver. The UPS drive could care less about a signature or where they leave a package.
I ordered 2 cases of Unis Ginex from Midsouth Shooters Supply and Fed x handled them also. Like Epiphany said, two 5k boxes taped together inside another box.
I was supposed to sign for them and the package was late enough that we had the trackers out on it. When it finally showed up the lady runs up to the porch and throws the box on it, and runs to her truck and takes off. No signature.

We will see what happens when the 8 lb jug of BE-86 shows up today. Wife has to go to office for a Joint Commission inspection this morning but should be home by noon. I have to work all day.

Estimated delivery is between 11:30a and 3:30p so she should be there when it's delivered unless Fed X loses it again. I'll be watching my door bell camera. Supposed to be 2 day delivery for Hazmat items, but doesn't seem to work out that way.
The only thing Fed x was on time with was my Walther I sent back for work. It came two-day delivery and was on time.

I've been watching American and Republic Reloading for Unis Ginex primers, I haven't seen them in stock for a while now.

My powder from Midsouth is supposed to come tomorrow via FedEx w/"direct" signature required. It'll be first time I've been home to sign in years--don't like being tethered to house--used to pick it up from the hub. But memory says it was UPS, not FedEx.

I vaguely recall a conversation here a couple years ago about fedex eliminating the "indirect" signature for hazmat. You could sign electronically and they'd drop it on porch. Maybe the drivers doing that today are living in the past.
