I don't know of anything with that eye relief. The Burris scout is more like 8-12", Leupold had a 2.5x fixed scope with about 5-6" eye relief, but it's been d/C'd, and I've not seen any tradition al variable that actually had more than 4" or so.

good catch. I was on my phone and totally missed it. apologies. I would be down for a 15 or 20 rd mag. I usually run 20's on my AR's. I like less mag hanging out, and I never load more than 10-15 rounds anyway. it slows my down and helps conserve ammo.

I have that same rifle in 308 as well. it's nice. especially after I had it threaded and replaced the trigger spring to improve the pull weight.

I have considered that. but even then, not a lot of right handed 223 bolt guns that are not a traditional hunting style stock. I'm seeing the american gen 2, or the winchester xpr, and there aren't a lot of aftermarket stock options for that. maybe the cz 600 alpha?

I'm looking for something like a left handed bergara hmr in 223. does such an animal exist? or am I going to be looking at building something? And if I build, is there a way to do it that doesn't cost $2000+? I'd thought I might find a used Remington 700 and put in a barrel nut prefit (remage)...
