Zen and the art of reloading

Wow. I remember that one! EPA issued an emergency air pollution alert and FAA prevented flights over the stadium due to toxic cannabis cloud.
I never knew that, I'll have to look it up. I will say that our seats were three rows from the top of the stadium at about the fifty yard line, and we couldn't see the other side of the stadium. Times have certainly changed.

Back to reloading, it is a very relaxing hobby. I can reload when I want to, and don't feel like I have to. Zen like is a very apt description.

I literally just emptied the last bit of Bullseye from one container into a newly opened one. Felt like losing an old friend. It is Zen-like.

Never been to a concert at RFK, but did go to many Redskins and Washington Senators (ever heard of them?) games.

That stadium was so small though even the nose bleed seats were good compared to many others.

I don't know about "Zin" but reloading relaxes me. I get a real feeling of satisfaction from loading ammo thats more accurate than factory. I have one of those Blue Tooth rubber covered speaker thingies that plays music from my phone. I like older Country, Easy Listening, some older Rock, ect. I put it on the table behind me, away from my electronic scale, not that I've ever noticed it having any effect on it.

Heard of them, yes, didn't know who they were and had to look them up. Can't imagine playing baseball in that stadium.

Well there were movable metal sections (often shown bouncing during Skins' games) which reconfigured the field for baseball. It was a great venue for both sports really. Looking back it was "intimate" and built during the big baseball expansion & stadium building years of very early 1960s.

Shea Stadium, Cincinatti Riverfront, Pittsburgh Three Rivers, Minneapolis Traitors Field (kidding, that's when the original Senators became the Twins), DC Stadium, Busch in St Louis., and more. All were basically same size and configuration.

After '72, before I knew about reloading (and I mean had never even heard it could be done by regular folks) I'd shoot at the FBI range in the DOJ basement before the tours started for the day. Some of the rounds were specially made by FBI guys and I didn't even think about it.

I had an eight pound Keg of Bullseye, a gunshow acquisition that fed all my autopistol rounds for 15 years, maybe more. It was a state occasion when it finally went empty.
I can remember when mixing lots of powder bothered me, but I got over it. ;)

Awesome. I love Bullseye eight pounders they convey confidence and stability by their owners!
