I don't eat any of the hogs, every now and then during a cold weather stretch maybe a small sow but never anything over 80 pounds or so. I take the back strap and or hams, pretty good eating. I usually let them lay and create coyote bait or drag them off with my pickup to ravines etc. wish I knew how to post a pic, I'd show you a pic of a boar I killed about #400.

I'm not exactly an AR platform guy. Never owned one but most of my buds do.
Have shot plenty of them, just not my cup of tea.

Vortex Razor HD 5-20x.Which scope is that? I like the gray instead of the black.
You may have missed the bolt handle sticking out of the rifle...
I can't see pics. I just get the following message:
"UNAUTHORIZED MATERIAL. GUN PORN IS STILL PORN"

I don't know about the AR trigger group but out of the box, the trigger on mine is fantastic. I've yet to put the scale on it but it must be less than 2lbs. Don't know about the mags, only have the P-mags, two 10's and a 20rd.As someone who owns three Accuracy International rifles and considers them to be the benchmark for hardcore tactical/military rifles, I have to say that the Ruger LRP appears to be an amazing product for the money. The only functional downside as far as I can see is that the bolt can't be lock closed (true/false?) and the bolt looks to be a bit sloppy/rough inside the action compared to more expensive options. I watched the tech videos on Ruger's website and the trigger group is interesting. Is it possible to install any AR trigger or is it proprietary? I would like to see how that bolt sleeve works in dirty, dusty conditions, and I'm interested to hear if you can still run the bolt while pushing up on the bottom of an AICS magazine. Overall a great job by Ruger, and based on one review I watched on Sniper's Hide, an additional $1,000 into the rifle gets you some worthwhile upgrades resulting in a really good rifle. This was a game changer for sure.
