Just 2 handguns?

I’v Been trying to pick just one.I sort of settled on 2 my Redhawk 45/45 and my Coonan 357 classic.
But just like one rifle it can’t be done.maby the 45 with my PMR 30 that seems to sneak into my vest pocket.thats my ed in cool weather.thats the most versatile squirrel to moose to social work,oh wait there’s a NAA pug hanging from my neck or in my pajamas that’s 3 no CAN’T BE DONE !

By process of elimination...I can do without a .40, so my Glock 23 goes in the discard pile.

7+1 rounds of .45 ACP vs 10+1 of the same. 1911 on the discard pile and keep the Glock 30.

Down to two handguns and this is where it gets tough, because my one "keep" so far is one of my top 3...but the two left are the other two in my top three! CZ-75B and S&W 27-2.

It's easier to reload the 27-2...no mags to retain, obviously. And it doesn't have the trigger "slap" that the CZ-75 does. But...for the first 20 rounds, it's easier and faster to put rounds on target with the CZ-75. And if I can't put rounds on target, the rest doesn't matter.

I have a BUNCH of long guns
and would be a "certified" gun-nut
by any standard.

Only three handguns though.

My carry is a PT-111 Millennium Pro
In 9MM. 12+1.

My hunter is a Ruger GP-100, 6 inch
full lug in .357 Rem. Mag. 6 shooter.

My "whatever" is s Ruger SR-22. 10+1.

I bought it recently because I've
had some serious surgery and
not sure if I could handle the 9MM,
so I got it for a temporary carry.
It can double as a plinker or small
game hunter.

I have all bases covered and not planning
on getting rid of any of them.

Maybe, in case of a serious situation,
I'd (reluctantly) give up the GP-100.

As noted, I have plenty of long guns to
hunt with.

Forget the wife and .Gov how about self regulation? What is it about today’s gun culture that more is better?

Some of us can only afford to feed one wife, one dog and two handguns.
Okay -- how do you hunt small game, defend yourself, hunt deer, and participate in various shooting sports with only two guns?

And who has the right to question me if I choose to have more than two? Only people who think they're God.

Without getting the why’s and such...
If this were about handguns I already own and rifles were unaffected I would pick:
My Glock 19X and my S&W 327 NG.

If it were about any guns I would want and guns I own I would be in a quandary.
I would probably still take my G19X but I would probably buy a S&W 327 TRR8...

I do believe, though, that I would somehow find a way for some of my handguns to vanish...I like the boating accident idea. :D

I don’t own many more than 2, so this a scenario I’ve thought through a little!

I would own one of the following pairs:
G17, G26 or G19, G43/Shield/some other single stack.

I lean towards the latter but I see value in the former too.

deer hunting can be easily done with archery equipment, as can small game. As to various shooting sports, that would depend on what those were. I can take either a 12 or 20 O/U and hunt and participate in any shooting sport I prefer. Add in a handgun for SD/HD and down to 2.
