Should make an interesting semi-auto pistol.
It is their answer to the 450 BM. Designed for hunters in states limited to straight walled cartridges 35 caliber and up. I think it will sell well in those states just like the 450 BM has. The 450 is really too big for deer, I'm betting the 35 caliber is about right.
A 35 cal bullet in a 308 case made to fit in an AR-15 would be great.
I To me it looks like a rimless 357 Maximum. I.
The biggest thing hampering it is there are are only a few bullets well suited to it
Head diameter will likely be larger.

yes 358 win is a fantastic round. i cringe when ever i see it listed in the obsolete section.Or get a lightweight AR10 and chamber it in 358 Winchester. If ever there were a cartridge that deserves a second look it’s the 358. Best cast bullet cartridge there is.
I forgot to post earlier that I want one of these in a bolt gun. I will most likely build an ar upper too, but the bolt gun is more interesting to me. Think short handy suppressor host.
It's MY idea Loonwulf! Don't steal it from ME! Jk, but I really want to build a mini Mauser switch barrel in a 357 max rimless, and 221 fireball, and maybe 6x45. Switch barrel makes it easy, but I may just build it on a savage action. No stealing my idea!
Here's a fresh article about the 350 Legend that just came out a few hours ago.....
They now have it listed on Winchester’s ammo website with velocities and weights. Looks like 150 grain up to 265
