You could do it. Basic tools and equipment required. The biggest issue would be to have a place to actually do it. Between the age of 18 and 23 I worked at a small local butcher shop. During deer season we shutdown beef and pork processing and did only deer. In the 4-5 years I worked there we did hundreds of deer a year. At 19 I could take hide, head, and feet off of 5 deer per hour. After the first year skinning I moved into the processing. Like I said hundreds... After all that I pay someone to do mine The trouble is getting someone you trust to do it right if you do not have the space to do it yourself. With youtube and forums like this there is enough knowledge out there to get you through all the tough spots.
