I own 2 Glock 34 Gen 3 pistols. One for the left hand and one for the right.
I am a righty, but also shoot left handed for practice.
Anyway, when shooting left handed the factory extended mag release and the aftermarket models by Strike Industries and Glock Store would just chew up the inside of my left index finger.
Yesterday I was at my LGS looking around and I discovered an extended mag release by Cross Armory. It has rounded off or tapered edges so I bought one and installed it on “my left hand gun”.
I bought a silver one as my right hand gun is all black. The silver pins, slide release and mag release help differentiate the two for me at a glance.
Here are some shots of the left hand G34 as well as the right hand G34 to show the differences in the Cross Armory and Glock Store extended mag releases.

Shot of Glock Store mag release. You can see how this might be in comfortable shooting left handed:

Handling the guns left handed the Cross Armory release should definitely be more comfortable, but I will need to hit the range, just to be sure.
