CZ75s for $450 sometimes - Overweight for a 9mm)

CZ82 for around $200 - Best buy in 9mm Makarov

SP101s for $450 - In my area, that's over-priced for a used gun, who buys new revolvers?

Ruger KP95PR for $320 new in the box - best value for a "full-size" 9mm.

Glock 9mms for $480 new in the box - best selection and no silly safeties.

Glocks are the best value. Some like M&P Smiths and XD Springfield. I believe all can be found under 5 benjamins. Personally, if I had $699 to spare I'd get a H&K P7 euro squeeze cock from Bachman's in Dallas I see in the shotgun news.

You mention basically inexpensive handguns and wonder why no responses?

"Best buys" means different things to different people, and price is the last factor. Someone might prefer to think that getting their hands on something "bespoke" or rare might be a good deal.

But even at $250,000 it is a good deal as the brothers are retiring, so it will only go up in value

I like to keep an eye on Top Gun Supply and Summit Gun Broker. Some of the best deals I've seen in the last 6mos have been from TGS: the Zurich P225's for $325, HKP7's for $499, NIB 2022's for $399 and CZP01's for $450. Summit always has a great selection of police trade-ins like Beretta 8040's for $315 or 3rd Gen S&W's for under $300. If you join the GSSF you can't beat the $389 Glocks at Eds and the Stoeger Cougar is one of the nicest $325 NIB guns money can buy.

Stoeger Cougar, selling for under $400, is a steal. I recently shot a .40... I was impressed. I read that a .45 is available as well.

Love my little CZ-82s.

Swiss K31s still have to be one of the awsome C&R rifles in the market, ESPECIALLY taking into consideration price. GP11 ammo is plentiful and reasonably priced as well. If you have not shot one, you need to!

Oh Oh edit: I think the Mossberg 500a is a really good buy, around $200 for one with two barrels. That is an all in one package. you can hunt anything in the northern hemisphere with it and slap on the 18" and you have the best hd weapon known to man.

Lots of Nagat lately for around $100... not sure if they are counter-bored though. If so, I would pay $50 for one, but that is me. I looked at a case of Nagats recently... I didn't bother picking one up after noticing that massive import markings on the side of the receivers.

Savage Mk II/93 bolt rifles are probably the best .22 LR/Mag rifles out there, short of an Anschutz anyway.

Tikka T3 Lite Stainless is an absolute sleeper of a rifle. Light (6.5 lbs), frighteningly accurate, with a darn nice trigger and very much affordable.

I think CMP service grades are a great deal.

I just found Eds you mentioned or I think I did... Eds Public Saftey website.... and they list the cheapest one for $425. How did you get one for $389....
