Who is useing the plastic pistol sorter pans?

I have been using those pans for a couple of years. They work great just can't do a big batch or its hard to get the brass to fall thru the slots.

    cleaning sizing lube off brass

The lanolin seems to leave a film on the rubber liner of my Frankford Tumbler. I run cases w lube thru my old dry tumbler and it removes the lube in about 10-15 minutes. If you get the slime in the wet tumbler from lanolin the only thing that cleans it seems to be some woolite and water. I...

    40 S&W Case Bulge

I have several buckets of 40 SW brass from a local PD range. The majority of it is Federal Hyrda shock round fired in a SW MP Hybrid Gen 1 with a gen 2 triggers. They all seem to have a slight bulge. Since you indicate you are using a MP you will may continue to get buldges, not as severe as...

    Rcbs stepped expanders "cowboy"

Most of my dies have already beed moved to our new home in North Idaho. Only calibers I still have to pack in both dies sets(cowboy and regular carbide sets) are in 45 Colt. Both sets have stepped style expander plugs and both threads are the same and will work in either set. I assume they...

Dry tumbler, Wet tumbler or UltraSonic?

If you use a Universal Decap Die it will not damage your die, and allow the primer pocket to get some cleaning. I decap all my brass with a decap only die and them wet tumble in a Frankford tumbler. Cases come out like new inside and out. Dry tumbling doesn't seem to clean the inside of the...

Where can I get a 348 bullet swaging die?

Noe makes the bushings, but, you need the die kit to hold the bushings. Die is about 40 and bushings run about 9. https://noebulletmolds.com/site/product-category/sizing-tools/bushings/348cal-bushings

Recommend a solution for crimped primers?

It will work on the Co-ax but it will need the shell holder adapter instead of the jaws. Found this video with the Co-ax.

How can I avoid that ugly tarnish when case-cleaning with SS pins?

I had that happen when I first got my Frankford tumbler, but, only in 223. The pins were .041 and I switched to .047 and no problems since as 2 pins wont fit in the pocket and one will slide thru. Tried the chips but wasn't happy with them and went back to pins. chips were coated in cutting...

    40 S&W reloading

I have some 40 brass from a local PD range that was fired in a modified SW MP40's that have similar bulges as the glocks. As far as I know the modifications were a gen 2 trigger but guns were gen 1 as they were not allowed to purchase the gen 2 unless it had been on the market for at least 5...
