I know that the U.S. Military uses slugs in their shotguns, I also know that most slugs (like Fosters) are hollow pointed. The question is about the Hague Convention which prohibits hollow point ammo (or "dum dum" rounds) from being used by the Military in combat. So the question I have is why...

I was wondering which tactical Mossberg shotgun I should get, any opinions.

I was wondering if this would turn it into a short barrel rifle (SBR). I checked online and can't find if it is or not. As far as I know it does not but I wanted to make sure.

I am talking about how you hold the forend during the shot, I guess with a Mossberg the action will come back a little after firing if forend is not held properly which might cause wear & tear on the action. Like if you were to shoot from a rest.

When shooting a pump-action shotgun do you want to apply forward or rearward pressure or neither during shooting. I read that with a Mossberg pump to hold forward to decrease wear. But if you hold rearward you can get faster follow up shots. I prefer to hold forward with my 870.
