It even looks like whoever drew up this poster decided to illustrate the nice rifling marks on the side of the casing to. I'm guessing that's what the black streak is down the middle.

The only brass I tumble is 50 BMG and 308 only because I link it for my belt feds. I slides into the links better if its clean and carbon free. Aside from that, I usually don't clean my other brass. About 19 calibers (including pistol).

+1 for mobile 1. I even use this stuff on my belt fed (50's and 30's). John Browning designed these guns to run with petroleum jelly and sperm whale oil but, mobile 1 seems to be suffice:):evil:

I had this same problem until I realized Lake City 308 has thicker case heads which reduced my powder charge.
