    Stunning 29-2 4” Class B Engraving $999?!?! HOW??

Wow. Just wow. I am not someone who normally likes engraved firearms, but that is very tasteful. Shoot specials in it and enjoy the s&w bliss... such a lucky find

    LCRX 3 inch 38 - do you-?

This. The lcrx 38 in 3" is the one I'm the most interested in, but ruger prices have been creeping up a little too much for me lately. And I have a 3" sp101, so other than being a lot heavier, I already have that base covered. I would like one though...

    360 buckhammer ammo?

The ammo at Walmart I saw the other day was about the same as 308 hunting ammo price wise. Not too bad,and I want one...

Tell me why I shouldn’t get a Browning BLR in .308.

I like my cartridges like my women, just a little thick...

Tell me why I shouldn’t get a Browning BLR in .308.

Sorry I can't help much, never owned one, but they are beautiful, smooth, envy worthy. I'd rather have a 358 win than the 308 though.

    Offhand shooting practice

Not too bad. If you do it often enough it'll tighten up. I personally don't shoot for groups offhand hardly ever. I like single shots on called targets of opportunity, like clays or old shotgun hulls, tennis balls or little steel dingers. Groups offhand always make me feel bad about my shooting.

    7prc suppressed barrel length question

It's true, the prc is a rocket, but I would rather put up with a longer rifle barrel than a step bigger suppressor weight wise. Length and usability is kinda subjective, but given the option of a 16" 7mm-08 or a 16" 7mm prc, suppressed or not, well, I'm not picking the prc. But if that same gun...

    7prc suppressed barrel length question

It depends on your goals, weight, carry comfort and balance, etc for finished product. Find out what overall length you can live with, set a bullet weight and velocity goal, then start looking at what gear gets you there. If I was going 7prc I would get as much barrel length as possible...

Less then a buck recoil pad.

I'm going to steal your idea and your camo pattern for a build I have coming up. A lightweight hiking rifle. Probably a ruger but whatever is cheapest may change that.

Less then a buck recoil pad.

Good flip-flops are worth the extra money, but 30 dollar recoil pads might make the project not worth it. But multiples for a buck? Good Job @troy fairweather !

I have a dilemma... trade into a like new ruger blackhawk stainless 10mm/.40 s&W

I would probably do the trade just because you already have another 22 other than the trade piece, and a 10mm Blackhawk is harder to find then a mk 2. And stainless Blackhawks are nice.

    Shortest Practical Length for 7.62x39

I've played with a 10.5" AK pistol, and that is about as short as you would want to go. The blast is significant, more than a 8" blackout. I think x39 is a pretty good sbr cartridge, but without some focused handloading it'll be pretty noisy and flashy any shorter than 10"

    Convert Marlin 336

Look into custom dies for true one off cartridges, then think about what you want to do with the gun, then decide. I personally would go 30-30ai, 35-30ai or the 360 buckhammer. Those would all be pretty easy to make feed correctly with available bullets.

    Finally, another MiniMilsurp-

That's a cute little rifle! I really liked the mini Mosin too, but if they come out with the Enfield copy that'll be really hard to resist!
