    Keeping stock secure on rifle chassis.

    Is that like the sticky brown stuff Magpul puts on the screws for their mlok accessories? So you would say just torque the castle nut and let it be? I always heard to stake a castle nut..... Just want to make sure because im building a hunting rifle with a chassis and dont want a loose buffer...

    On precision rifle chassis that use an AR-15 style buffer tube for the buttstock, how do you keep it from loosening? There is no plate to stake into the castle nut, so do you loctite it, or just crank it down and hope it stays?

    Well i decided to go with some Winchester Super-X. They are 255gr lead bullets (box rated at 850 fps). 850fps is the upper limit that is recommended with the conversion. I shot some of them and they are very accurate.
