    Benelli M4 picatinny rail

The Mesa Tactical units are pretty nice. I have one on my M4 and have had zero problems with it. Mitch at Mesa makes a fine product, reasonably priced, and his CS is outstanding. You won't be disappointed. And as a disclaimer, I do not work for Mesa or have any affiliation with them other than...

    H&K USC-45 vs FN PS90

I have owned both, and for me personally I liked the HK more. The ammo for .45ACP is more readily available, it is already subsonic, has some serious knock down power, and will slow down if going thru a wall better (no scientific data to prove this) than the 5.7x28mm. That said, both weapons are...

    Benelli M4 Disappointment.

M4s usually require cleaning completely before operating. Often there is thick grease in the recoil tube that may be causing the bolt to bind. Try cleaning it thoroughly & then do another test run. Also, they usually require a little bit of break-in time. Good luck & enjoy; they really are a...

Tactical sling attachment for Benelli M4

Sorry, but the sling attachment you purchased will not work with the M4. It was designed for the M1/M3 trigger group (narrower than the M4) and thus *might* work with some milling. The downside with doing this is the pistol grip is threaded on versus bolted on as with the M1/M3. I know this...

M1A project done, traditionalists cover your eyes

Ah... modern-day M14/M1A platforms. Sage, Vltor, Troy MCS, etc; I love em! Definately nice to see further life being breathed into them! Trbon8r, awesome build! I was kicking the idea around on going the same route, but chose the Sage Chopmod instead. Perhaps my next M1A will use the...

    Anyone familiar with Invisiblesight AN/PEQ-2?

Sounds too much like a costume from a Devo video... Though I'm *sure* it works like a champ, though!

    Anyone familiar with Invisiblesight AN/PEQ-2?

Interesting. I was looking at the visible laser variant but you do have a good point. I was hoping to have the whole unit as one (light & laser) but didn't want to go the route of having something that wide on the side of my PS90. I guess I'll stick with the Uni-Max green laser & separate light.

    World's Funniest Fake Soldiers...

I had a boss (service director at a car dealership) that claimed to be a SEAL back during Vietnam. Claimed he had a grenade accident & subsequently left the service. Curious about his "service" I inquired as to what team he was with, he said he was with Team 6...:uhoh: Team 6 didn't...

    Anyone familiar with Invisiblesight AN/PEQ-2?

I've seen on eBay several auctions for Invisiblesight AN/PEQ-2 patterned visible laser & light combos. I was kicking around the idea of getting the green laser variant to put on a PS90 but don't want to waste money on junk. Anyone know if these are any good? Thanks in advance!

EBR Chassis Stock from Sage International Issues

Re the rail; are you talking about the stripper clip guide or are you using another set up? Re the ring spinning between the gas block & barrel (I assume); sounds to me like the wrong shim was used. Has your armorer looked into this yet? I'm curious as to the outcome. Good luck.

    Benelli M4

While the M4 is a sweet gun, it does have certain limitations mentioned above. Like cost, too! I like mine, but some people don't. The Saiga is an awesome weapon, just not for me. Personally, I'd get what you are comfortable with, so if you know anyone with either of these weapons try shooting...

Alex, I am in Arnold, not too far from you. Grew up in SP as well... Anyways, I make it out to On-Target from time to time, also go to Select-Fire on occasion (though I try to avoid that place as much as possible). PM me if you want to meet up sometime, I could always use a shooting buddy...

Do revolvers in .40S&W caliber exist?

S&W 610. Chambered for 10mm but can fire the .40 S&W. A very nice revolver, indeed, but I think kinda rare. I've seen exactly 2 in my time, both have a non-fluted cylinder. Pretty mean looking revolver if you ask me. And certainly a nice shooter.
