ok, then if it isn't, the officer's behavior would make absolutely no sense-unless we're not getting the whole story here. i'm not jumping to conclusions about the officer's actions without the whole, verified story. sorry. i don't believe "officer excessive force" stories i hear on the news...

you're wife didn't show a policeman her ccw as required by law in TN, then was patted down (appropriately) for the officer's safety, and you're upset with the officer? :confused: if a male LE officer knows there's a very good chance someone has a gun on them, i don't think there are many that...

the only gen4's that ever had issues were a minority of the model 19 and 17's. all others were good to go out of the gate.

my gen3 19 did the same exact thing. i replaced the extractor and ejector. problem solved.

mossbergs are like $260 brand new for the standard line. cheap AK's are about $350. i would keep the glock, and buy a cheap mossberg.

get the gen4 23. no issues with tac lights attached, and a recoil spring optimized for 40cal with slightly less recoil than the gen3. (and before people run in here saying "there's issues with gen4's": the only gen4 models that had issues are the g19/17's). mine's been awesome. :)
