Since that's a no dash it should come from 1957/58 as the M19-1 started in 1959 but it could have been later in that year.
Some of the early Combat Magnum's target stocks were numbered to the gun but most targets were not numbered.

It was not long ago I could see this gun selling for $250 but with today's crazy prices I can see $425 being asked for it. Heck, I think it was about 3 years ago when I bought a very nice M64 snubnose for $250.

S&W did not nickel the hammer and trigger so that one has been nickeled after it left the factory. That may not matter to you if you just want it for a hiking gun.
