They were out there a week ago for about $350 or less. I’m happy with mine.
Edit : guess I should real a little more before I reply 🤭. Holy crap for 299 I should get another just because LOL

H335 and .223 bullets. When I got a combo that worked I bought a crap ton of componants mostly because if shortages that were going on at the time. :) I did not shoot 223 as much as I thought I would. I stumbled into a deal with some Hornady 62gr factory ammo and got about 1500 rounds "free"...
I have not used anything but a Garmin. I finally decided to get a chrono and my timing was right. Very easy to use and very dependable so far.
A friend has/had a Magneto Speed and something else. They mostly stayed home do to the set-up or needing to set up down range. WIth the Garmin and I...
Interesting, thanks for the update. I only load 9mm and had not had any real issues. Just recently started to get the occasional case not fully inserted and/or the slider block binding. Was planning to take it apart and have a look see. Maybe I'll just wait and get the new slider block as it...
I grew up a farm kid in a country setting. Firearms were as common as a fishing rod/reel or a tool box full of tools in the shop. Everyone had them for a purpose. My dad was not a hunter but had a .22, a 30-30, and a couple shotguns all for various varmints that were unwanted. He did hunt...
When you opened the app was the Garmin "connected" ? I'm guessing you shot all your strings and then opened the app to see them ? I have not tried to use the app realtime, or if that can be done.

I've slightly bumped the charge of Sport Pistol in my load 4.0 to 4.1 with RMR RNFMJ 124 so we'll see. I loaded about 60 rounds so when I get it back out I shuold be able see if that helps. I still have room to go up a bit I think if needed. I also took everything apart and cleaned/inspected...
I'd go with the "which ever works best in YOUR rifle " crowd. I've never been able to get Hornady Interlocks to work in my rifle. Every time I tried Sierra in a number of calibers they worked. Thats what worked for me, your combo may be different. I'd bet you could make either work well...
I fell into using H414. The reason for that is it was the only powder available at the time so I made something work for me for hunting. Not sure it is the best but it works for me with 100gr projectiles. It might depend on what grain bullet you are going to use, but I would think something...
This same load chronos in my Shield at 950 fps and my 1911 at 1000 fps. I know it’s on the light side.
I’m right at 1.135.
It is pulling the case out of the chamber. Guessing I’ll try more powder.
Thanks all.

There is quite a bit if info out there regarding FTE and Ruger PCC. Most of it is getting old and the school of thought is that or is better with the newer ones. Well I have one bought about a month ago and I am getting FTE probably every other mag. I am using Ruger mags…. Three different...
Lately its been a Jet Sled (like a kids sled only thicker guage) and two old men. :) Beavers made part of the property inaccessable by truck so we have more distance to cover on foot. An ATV or UTV would be tough as well. My hunting buddy is quite a bit older than me..... Its not getting...
I just learned about this model recently. Very interesting to me. Not sure I'll buy one, but it is interesting. I haven't heard much about it.
I'm still interested in a bolt .223 and I go back and forth on buy, build, what to do ? I think I really like the Ruger American Gen II for what it...
The first rifle I bought on my own was a WInchester M70 Featherweight XTR in 30-06. I had been invited to go to WY to hunt deer and had borrowed a rifle the previous year. Borrowing a rifle did not seem like a long tern solution. I bought what I considered at the time a one rifle solution to...
I have a Leupold VX Freedom 3-9x40 on an AR in 450 BM that is in that price range. If I were mounting a red dot I would think one mounted at a 45 like mentioned above would work.
