    .40 Sig 229 LE Trade Ins

    I have a P229 CPO, no rail, in 40sw and its a sweet shooting gun. I paid $525 for it and it came with the 3 mags. I don't know if I would buy a LEO trade in sight unseen, but $399 isn't a bad price you can shop around and find CPO's on gun broker, armslist, etc.

    All this story tells me is that bullets fail, regardless of the technology and engineering into modern bullet designs they still have the ability to react entirely different on a human than on ballistics gel in a lab.

    A year carrying the M&P Shield

    Yup, got one too, EDC almost everyday, when Im not carrying other guns. Super comfortable, and the recoil impulse is just awesome for a subcompact.
