    I have the short houge stock on my 590, I can shoot 3" mag slugs without punching myself! I am pretty big, 6'4" and around 230lb. I find if you square up to the target instead or blading it becomes very manageable. Easier to walk and shoot this way too, much more natural (apologies to any...
