It has a kick and is snappy, but it comes back on target really well. You can get decent rapid fire groups easily

I have the same gun in matte blue titanium. I love it as well. I used to carry it all the time when I lived in PA. It was also my choice to carry when walking to dog late a night

A JSP would hold together better than a JHP, as many designs will break apart or expand to rapidly resulting in less penetration. With a rifle length barrel a JSP should expand nicely, most likely better than it would with some shorter revolver barrels

An older S&W model 10 would be a great choice. Simple to use, typically has a super smooth trigger pull, heavy enough to absorb some recoil but not that heavy

I like the polished blue and brass myself. I would get one by I just had to get a new ac system for my home AND had to have it repaired. So excess money is a no go for a bit Edit: I meant to say AND had to have my house repiped

I guess I'm one of the odd people that like the looks of the Henry. I also don't understand what people are shocked that Henry made a revolver with an old school look when most of the guns that they make have an old school look
