I have two 1-b's. The first is a 30/06, it will shoot factory 165gr pp into 1". With handloads of varget and 165gr A-Max's it will shoot 1/2". My 22/250 will shoot a consistent .75" with .50" not too uncommon. Maybe I have gotten lucky, but both of mine will shoot>

My Bushmaster WILL shoot. 1/2 moa all day with black hills or my reloads. But it has a factory free floated barrel, jard trigger and burris 4.5x14 scope. It would probably do better but 1/2 moa is about all I can do.
The reason this sounds like a MBC add is because of all the extremely happy customers they have. Great bullets, great prices, great customer service, large selection, and very fast shipping! Why bother to buy elsewhere?
In my ruger no.1, 49.8gr of varget with either 168gr A-Max or 165gr SST, both shoot 1" or less (usally less). These both shoot to the same poi. This load is close to max, so be sure to work up to it.
U can also go to handloads.com. Most of the loads listed came from different load manuals. I have had good luck with 49.8gr of varget under Hornady 165 SST's. This load is close too max so u need to reduce it to start.
I agree, all will work. Its all about bullet placement. The fragmenting, super fast and double concave Super hollow point will work also for about 3-4 times the money. If u like spending money on the latest and greatest, go ahead, but the cheap stuff in 550 count boxes kill just as well. Just...
