    I have heard rumor of CIA bringing in Chinese type 97 rifles that will take STANAG mags. I would imagine they would go for sub $1k. There is also the Armalite AR180B as well.

    The most annoying man at the gun range.

    Frankly I can't stand reloaders at the range. They always approach and ask if they can have my brass. I do not reload so I always tell them to help themslves. Upon learning that I do not reload they then proceed to lecture me on the folly of my ways and inform me I am foolish for not reloading...

    Colt LE 6920

    In short no. Colt sells a Match Target M4 however that would be N.Y legal but the L.E model is not good to go in the empire state.
