It seems there is no love for bushmaster anymore. The Patrolmans carbine has good specs at a good price, so why does everyone hate them?

Does anyone own this rifle? These have chrome lined barrels and sell for like $700. Just looking for opinions, they look decent.

Stag is up and running again. I used to own a model 3 and will probably be getting another Stag. I feel like they are better than some of the others mentioned, but was curious about new offerings from Bushmaster.

Ok, so I ditched the non chrome lined idea. I will be buying either a Stag model 1 or 2 or a Bushmaster patolmans carbine. All specs are basically the same except the bushy is 4150 vs 4140 Stag. What is the warranty like on the Bushmaster? How is the quality on the new Bushmasters now that...

I may even go with the Stag model 2. After putting a $55 rear sight on the Rock River I will be just $25 short of the Stag and it is chrome lined. Also I like Stag, used to own a model 3 which was great, but not set up the way I want.

Which is better and why? 1.) Rock River lar-15 a4 mid length clearance carbine no rear sight $699. 2.) Aero Precision AC-15 $615. 3.) S&W M&P Sport II that has forward assist and dust cover as well as flip-up rear $640.

What do you think about the newer para expert guns?

Taurus makes a 22 mag revolver. Should have a little more oompf.
