    Pedersoli Howdah

    Where did you get, or what mold did you cast, the projectiles? I have been searching all over and get conflicting info. Seems the Lee mold and pot would be the best. Also, in measuring the bore of the 20ga, a .500 cast bullet for the S&W .500 Mag just may work as well using a shot cup. Opinions?

    Don't know, but that could be a first deer kill for the Howdah, by anyone. I have to wait a while for the weather to clear & warm a bit before shooting mine. ALSO, I was given some #11 caps and they seem to fit just fine. The cast bullets for the .500 S&W seem to fit well enough with shot...

    I just bought one yesterday, 21-Dec-09, listed for $382.49 -$70.00 promo card ended up paying $312.49. It has the 'swing' rod and I think it looks neat. Don't plan to use it, will be getting a wood ram rod for actual use. cbr
