    Newest Acquisition

I had been looking for a new .22LR target pistol for almost a year now, and haven't been able to find what I wanted in-stock anywhere. At least not without paying through the nose on either GunsAmerica, Gunjoker or similar. I've been looking for any one of the following: Ruger Mark III Hunter...

    My 1st M1A

I really like the vented handguard. Paid a nice bit of coin to get it in a []'NOS As-New/Excellent'[/i] condition. Going to be snagging a USGI Flash Hider with bayonet lug. Thinking about a used USGI walnut stock to use as a beater and preserve the original stock.

Will Saiga Rifles Ever Be "Cheap" Again?

Or you "could've" gotten something a little more special from Saiga. $636 put a Saiga.308-ver.21 in my hands. Lots of fun out to 425yrds, which is far as my local range will let me stretch its legs.

Will Saiga Rifles Ever Be "Cheap" Again?

I would. Think about it... $500 gets you an brand new, original Russian AK, made in the same factory, same production line as Russian military weapon AKMs. Another $100-$500 allows you to customize it to your heart's content, it is your's, exactly how you want it. Now go find a brand new &...

Will Saiga Rifles Ever Be "Cheap" Again?

Saiga rifles and shotguns, were never "cheap", but they were inexpensive. Short answer, "No". I'm still kicking myself in the arse for not buying two 7.62x39s when they were $299.99 just 2-3yrs back... I had the cash and decided to buy something else. I have a heavily modified S12, a 7.62x39...

    My 1st M1A

Heck no! My favorite FFL is my local range, I took it out of the box, walked to the line, loaded it and started listening to the sweet sound of ringing steel. SA had given the action a pretty good greasing, I just gave it a quick clean and thorough lubing when I got it home. Taking care of the...

Thanks for the replies and compliments. As with any new rifle I've had to drop a few hundred more on this/that for her. Love it, always have to make it 'mine'.

    My 1st M1A

I've been desiring either a M1 Garand or M1A to keep my M1 Carbine company. I picked her up today, my first M1A Standard. Took her out to the firing line and loaded a mag with Tula 150gr FMJ. Fired 10 fast shots aimed at the 100 yard steel human silhouette and 10 hits rang out. Repeat at...

.22LR Shortage..? This might give you hope.?.!

I have always kept a pretty good stock of all my calibers, .22lr included. But I like to rotate my stock and restock as I use it. I've not had a problem finding .22lr at a reasonable price and in quantity, I just exercise patience and shop around... Yes, www.Gunbot.net is nice tool. I just...
