Have you put some rounds through it yet? How do you like it?
I've held the same gun . . . felt really nice. I have a Glock 26 now (and will never sell it) but am thinking of adding an M&P down the road.
Springfield Ultra Compact, High Capacity. Would not feed a full mag. Also multiple FTE's in 600 rounds or so.
Was told another 500 rounds to "break it in." Maybe some new (read: expensive) mags. Polish feed ramp, etc etc.

Some folks don't have a problem with this. Others not so. My brother traded his XD 45 compact because it was to heavy. He now carries a G26.

I've been looking at the 9c and Glock 26. There just seems to be to many problems with the M&P at this point.
I hope you get this worked out. If not, I hear that S&W has great customer service, so I'm sure they'll get it running for...

So I'm new here an somewhat a novice when i comes to handguns. However, I have owned a Springfield UC (high capacity) for a few months now. It's a great shooter . . . when it it can feed a round!!! Yup, a gagillion FTF's and quite a few FTE's later I am a bit disgusted...
