Trolling? I dont think so. Somehow you are trying to tell me that the rust problem is addressed in the manual otherwise you wouldnt have brought up page 29. Please go back and read your posts. Where in my thread did i say anything about neglect of the gun or basic cleaning that you referenced...

What does "in the white" mean?

My cousin bought a Kimber Covert Custom 2 a few months ago. He paid $1375 for the gun. He spent alot of money on what he thought was a very good 1911. There has been a few problems with the gun after only 150 rounds through it. Do any of you own this gun? If so, have you had any similar problems...

Im looking for am affordable but well made light to mount on my XD. I would like to spend around $100. I want a quick detach. I would also like a laser/light combo but the laser part isnt a must(although i would like to have it:D). Any links and prices would be alot of help.....Thanks.

I just bout the tactical XD 45 yesterday. It comes with 13 rd mags also.

I bought my first 45 yesterday. Its a Springfield XD 45 Tactical (2 tone). I went straight to the range with it. Im very happy with this gun. The gun was very accurate right out of the box. Here are some pics. One of my first groups at 7 yards. I cant wait to get back to the range.
