It worked out very well I have to say! Ans Thanks! The weight was like 6.8oz, I forgot to include that in the video. But the SS tube is pretty thin wall, and Yeah I agree cone baffles would be more efficient, its only a matter of finding some that have the correct OD, and I am looking for them...

So I have finally finished building my first can, it took me over a year to get the design figured out and find the parts, but its finally done, and it works amazingly well! I dont have a commercial can to do a side by side comparison, but the video shows it all. Let me know what you guys...

what do you guys think of using this for a blast baffle placed very close to the muzzle to help eliminate FRP?

A C-cell maglite is 1.03" ID these stepped grommets are 1'' OD so they fit right inside.
