I removed the 25 lb trigger spring from both of my Muzzlite stocks and replaced them with 5 lb springs and they work much better. Also grease the trigger bar rails and that will help.
I just read info on another list (KTOG) that MagSafe ammo has blown up two of the KT 380 pistols and MagSafe has put stickers on their ammo not to use in P-3AT KelTec pistols. I just removed the MagSafe ammo from my P-3AT and will now use something else. I am glad I had not tested this ammo...
As with any Kel-Tec small pistol, the shooter must become part of the grip and hold strong pressure against the force of the slide moving back when the pistol is fired. I try to use both hands to control the pistol and I seldom have any firing problems unless I get lazy or just forget.
I have 30-06 and 308 Garands. Both have the Holbrook device and since most of my shooting is at the range I think they are great. If something gets in my fan then lots of 7.62x39 will clear it up in very short order. The nice thing about the Holbrook device is watching people that know...
I use my laser on my P-3AT to help me learn to point shoot from different positions. It is a big help and saves lots of ammo. Might be an inch or two difference from live fire but that is close enough for me.
I find if I keep a solid grip on any Kel-Tec pistol I have very few problems. I keep as much forward pressure on the pistol as I can. This keeps jamming down a lot.
When I installed my adjustable gas block from Brownells, I think the original block had the screws about the same and I installed the adjustable block with the screws all the same. Great to control case tossing distance and quick to adjust for different ammo.
