A friend of mine ask me this yesterday because her husband is a felon and she wanted to get a hunting rifle. Her lawyer told her to lock it in a safe. I told her to lock it up in my safe.
Good find, I was a member at our local police range and used to come home with extra brass. The brass I found in one year more than paid for my membership.
Talking to my wife about this, she ask if the victim was not using marijuana at the time(or should I say under the influence) did he break any federal law?
I do not undercharge my reloads. Glad you and your daughter were not harmed. With reloading there is always a chance for mistakes, that is why I always check my reloads before anyone including by daughter shoots them.
I was told last week by the gun clerk that you have 30 days for in store returns on guns. After 30 days they will help you ship the gun to the manufacture. There was also a sign posted behind the counter.
I just flared a much of primed brass, no problem.
Have to agree usually better if you flare first because you will find a few cracked ones. Out of 2700 only found 4 that were cracked.

No accidents here my father in law told me no shortcuts. He mention a couple times that he had been reloading for 50 years and still had all his fingers. I set up the reloading again after 18 years, find myself double checking everything.
