I ordered one directly from HiViz http://www.hivizsights.com/ The sight came with no hole in the tab, therefore, I had to drill the hole to fit my gun and reinstall the roll pin. I installed the sight on a 646 for IDPA.

I've shot at least 13,000 rounds of 9mm and 6,000 of .40 S&W with no problems in my Glocks. I shoot it in IDPA matches and training with no problems. I've saved enough in ammo to buy another gun.
