It's much smaller than the Wenger version but much lower quality. The clippers are a lot less fine and don't cut as cleanly as the Wenger. The size difference was enough for me to switch though.
Funnily enough the only problems I've had with steel cased ammo have been in a 5.56 Saiga. Had 2-3 stuck cases with polymer Wolf during the first 500 rounds.

They usually chuck brass far enough to make shooting a right-handed AR comfortable enough to shoot left-handed.
Depending on who you ask the ejection pattern can be from 1-4 o'clock, angles at which the brass will generally avoid the shooter. I've got about 1K rounds downrange from a RH AR...
I think there is some misunderstanding what the OP was actually describing. It's not that the personnel are shooting with a high location of the buttstock, it's that they are scanning with their optics with the buttstock resting on the shoulder. See below for an example:

I've heard it said that you need a barrel with an Ambi-extentsion to work in the lefty Stags. But I've also heard that you can use any extension and thus any barrel. I've been looking for an Ambi barrel for months and have yet to find one for sale anywhere, ditto for a complete 20" lefty upper...
