Not very stringent standards, perhaps a good incentive to get more officers in shape. The rationale is off though if they think being proficient with an M4 requires being able to meet these physical fitness requirements.
And how exactly will you purchase, let alone open carry a handgun if you're under 21 in Florida?

If all the smart people get out of jury duty then we're just left with juries full of people who...are not smart. If you have a jury trial some day for whatever reason, what kind of jury do you want to be the fact finder in your case?
Anyways there isn't much to worry about in courthouses...
Better to wait and see if anyone leaves your house rather than going in looking for them, especially when you have unsecured loaded firearms in an easy to find location. Thankfully you can call it a learning experience.
I wonder if any members here area really good with flash and would like to help create a nice interactive chart? Then it would be easy to add more guns, even larger models, without cluttering things up.
Besides size, is there any significant difference between the two? I'm looking for something for recreational target shooting with possibly getting competitive later on. I know someone might mention that a glock 34 is half the price, ya I know but lets stick to the question presented here. Thanks
They don't add up like that. The plugs generally reduce the sound levels by about half when doubling up with muffs, so around another +3nrr.
And personally I got the david clark's, doubled with plugs. I'll update next week about the results. I'll get some electronic muffs for outdoors too though.
