I haven't shot the Seecamps, but I am very happy with my kel-tec. Super light and fights in my front pocekt very nicely. I have heard good things about the Seecamp, though. The kel-tecs are also very manageable with recoil. At least my hands seem to be able to keep a pretty good grip.
