dont know if this is light medium or heavy but this is ammo I crimped with the lee die. I have done 1000s of rounds this way and never had an issue. I have not shot groups with this setup but at 25-200 meters the round goes where the red dot is.

so there are around 20K laws concerning firearms on the books. I propose this compromise. lets repeal less than half of them starting with NFA 34 and GCA 68

the 900rd cans are packed in a weird 5x10 plastic sleeve sealed 5 cartridges at a time and 18 packs of 50 in a can .
have not had a chance to shoot it but it appears to be just fine...
colt ships most of their non military market rifles with FA bolt carriers identical to the MIL models. many other MFR's sell Mil spec bolt carriers. Spikes,BCM come to mind. as far as lowers. I think you are looking for Low shelf lowers. CMMG and again Spikes come to mind,others are out there...
