Why do I shoot my autoloaders better?

thats what it seems like to me. I practice with the revolvers a lot more (2-3x more) but the glock and sig just hit the “right spot”, even if it feels like I’m doing everything right with the revolvers.

Why do I shoot my autoloaders better?

I love my revolvers and prefer them , but I just can’t shoot the snubs as well as my glock 26 or sig p365. With the reminder via the recent Texas church shooting that not all shots are close proximity, I’m back to carrying the sig or glock. I just don’t think I could head shot a bad guy from...

Model 19-5, is this a good price?

no. I have been working extra shifts and no free time due to holidays. Now I’m starting to rethink it after Riomousse comments.

Model 19-5, is this a good price?

They want $550 for it. It's a 2.5" barrel and reportedly in "great" mechanical shape. I was checking around armslist for local revolvers and found this one. I'm interested in maybe using it for carry. Thanks for any input.

ArmoredFarmer, the Cowboy is calling you out!

I like the extended mag on the lcp as well. Makes the lcp vs revolver debate more difficult, unless you start parsing calibers and personal accuracy. I thought the extended mag helped my accuracy.

.357 mag vs .38 sp: can police forensics tell the difference?

Looks like the Question is answered: Maybe, probably not though. Personally, I’ve seen a lot of shootings from the medical perspective, mostly hardball 9mm because that’s what felons tend to use. Mostly all looks and acts the same. 22’s make small holes and no exit usually. 38 and above...

Thinking of getting into handgun hunting, what to get?

Regarding bullets- I don’t reload or plan to. I have limited time in life and can’t allocate any to reloading. I just buy what I need/use and am willing to buy boutique cartridges for the impressive specs.

Thinking of getting into handgun hunting, what to get?

Is a red dot an easy add-on to a blackhawk or is there a sub $1000 single action that comes ready for one?

Really is crazy that I can ask questions and get such quick and learned responses.

Thinking of getting into handgun hunting, what to get?

No. Been busy. I’ve really appreciated the feedback from everyone. Regarding scope questions, I was really leaning towards starting simple. Iron sights. 44 magnum in a blackhawk seems where I’m headed. Or 45 colt if can’t fin 44 local. What length barrel?

Thinking of getting into handgun hunting, what to get?

what should I start with for handgun hunting? Deer or hogs, 50-75 yard max distance, but will possibly have some opportunities for longer shots if I want. Preferably much closer, like 25 yards. Already have a 4.2” sp101 in 357. Should I try something else or use that? I have no...
