    223 with 75gr Hornady HPBT

your velocity is right on for components used and powder charge. I use a little bit more powder in 20in barrel for more velocity.

.223 Rem and 75 gr Hornady HP

Your 6920LE is 16in. Knock about 100-200fps off the factory load velocities. They are usually rated at 24in barrel. Great gun. A female friend has one.

.223 Rem and 75 gr Hornady HP

R15, Varget, Benchmark, AA2230 will take a Hornady 75gr to 2900-3000fps in a 20in barrel. Many factory loads that use the 75gr Hornady BTHP match bullet are much slower, like 2750fps in 20-24in barrel. Work up from min to max in .3gr increments and stop when you have pressure issues or find the...

    Redding/ Forster competition seaters

I completely agree on Redding's prices. 281$ for a competition die set? That a ton more than their T-7 press. Lee collet die has better runout than button die. And the Forster is same tech as the Redding seater die. I'd also be interested in Wilson die and arbor press. I run the Redding comp...

School me on spitzer 30-30 bullets

125 Sierra are great. I shot a box of those from 336 marlin.

School me on spitzer 30-30 bullets

FTX bullet is a good idea still. But the 30-30 FTX doesn't have as nice a BC as the 308 Marlin version. Not sure the Marlin version would work as far as the cannelure.

    Components at a garage sale

It also is the most amazing fertilizer I have ever used.

    8x57 Loads

RHS and Norma brass are the best for 8x57. However I have used a lot of Rem and W-W. Domestic brass just takes more work to make uniform.

    8x57 Loads

I used Varget for 125, 150, 200gr bullets. Great accuracy in a custom barreled M98. Hodgdon likes H4895 in their data. Nosler data for 200gr bullet with IMR4350 is the stoutest looking data I've seen for 8x57.

    8mm Mauser

I used Varget with 125gr-200gr 8x57 bullets. Excellent results. 4350 is supposed to really push the 200gr bullets.

    40 S&W 150gr Nosler JHP and Power Pistol/Unique

I was able to get some 40 bullets. I see Alliant max load is 9gr of PP with 155gr Gold Dot, Nosler data is not supporting PP, and Lyman book shows 8gr max load. 1gr is quite a bit of difference for auto pistol. What are ya'll running? I also have Unique to use.

    Wet thumbling vs regular thumbler?

My Thumler model D showed up after months of backorder. Works as advertised with Dawn, Lemi-Shine and SS material. I ran some .223 that was mix of like new to very corroded and all of it came out like new in about an hour. The machine is very quiet. I won't use my Lyman except as backup.

    Hog Rifle

My brother just put an Laser Genetics ND3 laser designator on his 7mm mag BAR. I would get a rifle that can mount some night optics solutions. Hogs are very active at night. He also live traps them and puts them down with Browning Buckmark pistol in 22lr.

If you had only one powder ?

Power Pistol - because you said 357 and not 38 spl. W231 - If you said 38 spl and not 357 mag. But you didn't, you said 357 mag.

    308 Win and 30-30 Powder

I used IMR4064 with 150gr bullets with excellent accuracy. I am using that load for a Winchester. I use Varget and 160gr FTX for Marlin 336.
