    Taurus PT-145

    Can't compare a Sig with a Taurus. Sig is tops in the <$1000 pistol market. Police departments and military agencies in several countries use them. I also have one and will be adding others. I think you will be dissapointed with a Taurus pistol as compared to a Sig.

    9mm in stock for $12 per box

    Preference: Security-Six or GP-100?

    While both have their advantages, the GP is a better (IMHO) combat and hunting pistol. More control with heavier loads and a better stock grip. As a companion gun for field carry, I might opt for the SS.
