But you know, the difference is that my final product, anyone can buy. Those clones are SBRs, mine is a Carbine.
but I wasn't even serious anyways.... sheesh
How much would you pay for a legal .40 that looks JUST like a UMP? or MP5 for all that matter. You know, if I could get this to work, I could buy a hi-point for 150, put maybe 100 in materials, and sell them for what? 8, 9 hundred dollars? I will be able to make it look JUST like a SMG, the...
Fo sho! Thats the name of this game. If I didn't care about legality I'de just get one of these:evil:

but the idea is legal legal legal....
mya, I think a knife and some epoxy can clear that problem up anyways... I'll prolly make my own very custom furniture for it anyhow, and plan on moving the trigger up a bit, so the magwell may just protrude as an unused portion.
Tell me everything you know. Blueprints encouraged.

anyways, yeah, I hope this hi=point stuff works well. If they retail at 220, I'll prolly be able...

I wander how hard it would be to move the action and barrel back a few inches on a high-point... i really wanna look at those.... We are blizzarded in up here, and I can't get out of my parking lot :fire:
I can't find blueprints or anything for the hi-point... GRRRRRR:fire:
Are high points unreliable? I've heard they are crap...
along the uzi line, i think i could prolly get one for 7-8 hundred since I work at a gun store, and would be able to get a direct at cost one. But don't they jam something awful?
Heres the thing with me, okay? If you put a hundred trees in front of me, and ask me to get to the other end of the forrest, it'll never happen. Just wont.
In any count, I've come this far, and now know quite a bit about AKs that I didn't before. Next stop, UZIs and High Points I...
