Hello, The 651 was introduced in 1983. In 1988, the 651-1 had a new yoke retention system, and that year also ended the first production run. The next production run began in 1991.

At that price and condition, in my neck of the woods it would be sitting on the shelf for some time. Like Majic said, do some haggling if she's mechanically sound.
