I see them there evey time I go to the range. Oh wait, those are mine...:D
I take my .357 and .41 mag Blackhawks and my Single Six evey time I go to the range. But, your right they are not the norm.

Hello,
I recently picked up a Winchester Model 1200 as part of a lot of 13 guns at an estate sale. Looks like it is unfired. I have always shot Remington 870's, but, after getting my hands on this one I kinda like it. The only problem I have with it is that it is a 30" full choke barrel. I...
I picked this one up about a 2 years ago. They sell them at Wal-mart & Sam's club and elsewhere. Pretty nice safe for the money. I bought the electronic lock model and paid around $598.00 for it at wally world. It's big, heavy, and fire rated. Check them out. May be what your looking for...
I want to get your oppinions on what these 2 guns are worth. (Hoping I didn't get taken)
1st one is a Russian SKS, all numbers match and the wood is much nicer than the pictures show. Looks to have been shot very little.
2nd one is a Norinco SKS, all numbers match except for the number stamped...
There is a show comming up in a couple weeks in Phoenix. I remember seeing a couple at the last one. Of course that was when I wasn't looking for one...
Thanks for the info,

If the SKS is a pre-'89 sample, then I'm pretty sure you can modify it to take 30 round magazines.
How do you find out and prove that your sks is pre-89 import? Also where is a good source for the 20 round fixed mags?
Thanks for the replies....
Thanks for the replies everyone. Looks like it is a no go on the detachable mag unless I can make it conform to 922r. Oh well no biggie. Was $100 a good price for a norinco? I know I paid more than that for my yugo.
Hello all,
I picked up a Norinco SKS today. $100.00 out the door from a local guy who owns a gun shop. This was one of his personal (his son's) rifles so it was don as a private sale. Anyway, He included a 30 round detachable mag with it. What are the rules on putting this on the rifle now...
If you send it for repair they can send it back to you directly with out a FFL transfer. I also thought (and I may be wrong on this one), that you can ship directly to a buyer of a firearm as long as it's in the same state you are shipping from. FFL only needed for out of state transactions...
I installed mine at the stroke of midnight as the AWB died. Honest not a second before.....
It's funny how we are all celebrating getting back what should have never been taken in the first place.. Oh well.....HORAY!:D

It is an ATN ultra sight digital. It can be found around the net for about $159 - $189. I bought mine from Cabales. Cost a little more but I had Gift certs I needed to use. Nice field of view and 5 reticles, but, I haven't shot the rifle yet...
Have a good one,
