Anyone got any experience with IMR 8208 XBR in .308 WIN? The burn rate for 8208 is in the accepted range for proper port pressure in semi auto rifles like the M14, M1A and Ar 15s. I have used it in an AR, just wondered how it behaves in .308.

I have measured my 30 cal. bullets and get .3075 on Noslers, .307 on Hornady and the "MIL" spec FMJs from Wideners (I think they are made by General Dynamics), using two different calipers. Any ideas?

I have found that H110 has low flash especially compared to factory loads. H110 gives good performance in 300 AAC as well so you will probably see the same in the .30 carbine.

Wet tumble with stainless steel pins no dust, superior results!! NO DUST!!!! NO corncob or walnut bits all over the floor. De-cap prior to tumbling and you primer pockets are whistle clean and the inside of the case is like new. No dry media with anything you can put in the tumbler can match...

Good information, but just to clarify since Bullseye is a pretty fast powder #13 on Hodgdon's list and Unique is #31, I was curious about BE-86 comparison to Bullseye, that they were the same magic formulation. How does that work? Thanks
