Lee turet is the way to go you can learn the basics without it auto advancing then as you learn more set it up to auto advance .

I have an old desk from an auction its built like a tank and cost me 3 bucks.

In boiling water add regular dish soap, careful it will foam over let it boil for a few and you should be OK
