    Defensive Ammunition 101

"the more I see of this stuff, the more I'm convinced that nothing hand-held is absolutely reliable." Yep I agree Phineas P. Gage took a 1 1/4 tamping bar through is head exiting out the top walked upright with little assistance to a cart to get treatment and lived for 12 more years

3 inches is too much 3 inch would be too much for me also, I limit myself to 2 3/4 #4 buck , 00 buck and slugs. As far as I'm concerned I see no need for a 3 inch shell but then I'm not shooting ducks or turkeys :)

    Ugliest gun I've ever seen

what someone (a Canuck, I hope) did to a Ross military rifle. Probably one of Red Green's fellow lodge members, under the influence of 'strange brew'. 'I am a man, but I can change, if I have to, I guess.' NO DUCT TAPE defenatly not red green it would have been duck tape together

    Glock Announcement

    Glock Announcement

I had a ruger 44 carbine with a factory milled sight receiver I lost it in a trade. I was sorely disappointed when ruger didn't upscale their police carbine to 10 mm but try finding one now 10mm is ballistically about the equivalent to the old 41 mag and would not have the feeding problems of...
