    I had my first DRT last year. Button buck at 87 yards with a 20 ga slug. Double lung, slug under the skin on the opposite side. Remington Accutip. Most others have run in the 20-50 yard range.

    I also have the 700 5R; mid-2000s era. I have replaced the stock in favor of McMillan, Surgeon DBM bottom metal and the trigger in favor of Jewell. I have had fantastic results with it out to 1200 yards with handloads (175 grain SMK, Varget, OCW high node) and Federal Gold Medal Match.
