This example would be a little stronger if vehicles could be driven concealed (i.e. if criminals were able to drive without drawing attention to themselves by doing so). But it's nevertheless a great example!
Breakfree, but for some purposes I use a grease as well (Berry Hill's Ultimate Gun Lube, discussed here some time ago).
By the way, I only use it for lubrication. For cleaning, I use Pro Shot copper solvent.
What you should have done is this (IANAL, but it's what I'd do):
- Stay in the house.
- Call the cops and inform them that somebody is burglarizing RIGHT NOW.
- Do not alert the burglars that they have been spotted - you want them to stay around and get caught in the act by the cops...
Yup, and it can get you killed. Happened here in WA, at Lake Sammamish State Park just a few weeks ago. Two groups of people chilling with spouses and children. A guy from one group starts taunting a guy from the other. The two get into a fist-fight. Somebody from one of the groups pulls a gun...

Too much stuff here to read but I thought I'd chime in nevertheless.
I don't know if this particular crime is a felony or what the legal definition of a felony is. However, it is worth noting that the law doesn't say "felony" when it prohibits firearm acquisition or possession. What 18 U.S.C...
Speaking of drunks with guns, I'm typing this from a mobile phone so I can't paste a link, but look up "Double Shot Liquor and Guns Drive-Thru" - pretty hilarious, and it's a real establishment :-) There are some photos on the internet...
