I'd pay for a digital download of them throw them on the laptop, then have the pages open that I need on the laptop.

question about bullet type and load

I'll look up the height of the speer bullet and compare it to the berrys. Seating it to low is a no no, not seating it enough, improper feed. For each caliber I reload, I make and keep a dummy round for adjusting the seating die and compare overall length to a factory round with the same...

question about bullet type and load

Hey all, I use Hogdon Universal for my 40 with a 155gn Berrys plated flatnose bullet. I would like to use Universal for my 9mm with a 115gn Berrys plated round nose. Hogdon specs out two 115gn bullets with Universal. One is a lead round nose, the other is a Speer Gold Dot hollow point...

New to rifle reloading, few questions

LoonWulf, It was my belief that all case necks should be checked for concnetricity and then turned if out of concentricity, and that it only has to be done once for a case. As far as accuracy, I will shoot these anywhere from 50 yards down to 10 feet during tactical practice. I don't think I...

New to rifle reloading, few questions

I did a search and did not find anything. I have been reloading handguns for a long time, and I'm starting to collect enough brass to start reloading for my AR. I only intend to reload facory rounds. So far, I've only used Federal or Remington 55gr FMJ. None of it is mil spec. I may start...

    FNX-9 v. PT809 v. Px4

After seeing and handling the fnh fnp 40, before the fnx series was released, I loved the feel of it, but the safety lever seemed flimsy to me. So I waited for the fnx series to come out since the lever seemed like it will be better. BUT, I have been a member of the fnh forum, and there have...

    Handgun Optics for deer hunting

Hardluk, when you're talking about a red dot, do you mean a red dot scope, or a holographic with a red dot.

    Handgun Optics for deer hunting

Hey all. I'm looking for experienced opinions on optics for deer hunting. I'm going to get my revolver tapped and threaded and I'm trying to decide if I should go with a holographic red dot, or a hand gun scope. I expect my shots to be no more then 50 to 60 yards. Thanks in advance.

thinking about a scope on my revolver

I think it was before 1993. There is two screws holding down the rear sight in the top strap above the cylinder. I haven't taken it off to see if there is one more hole underneath.

thinking about a scope on my revolver

When i gun hunt deer, I use a S&W 357, model 686 with a 6 inch barrel. I've had luck out to 50 yards with the sights, but I'm thinking about putting a scope on it for this season. I've never used a handgun scope, so any recomendations on scopes, mounts, etc......I will have to get it drilled...

SunCoast Gun Show (What a Joke....)

I noticed the down fall of good deals at gun shows during the Clinton administration. When he persecuted "kitchen table dealers" with legislation, that took away alot of competition at the shows, and with less competition, prices at gun shows aren't any better then at the gun stores.

    Need opinions on some models

Is the P89 the rugers? If so, I have handled them and they are large for my hands. A longer reach to the trigger with them being so wide. I can spend the money for a sig or HK, so they aren't out of the question. I've never met a sig or hk owner that wasn't completely satisfied. I have...

    Need opinions on some models

Jed, According to the fnh web site, all fnp's and FNX's have decocker/safety. I also looked at the fnp 40 at bass pro a couple months ago, and I could have sworn it had one. The new FNX looks like it has the same safety/decocker as the USG. I don't know why they don't have the USG on the fnh...
