It varies. I have a blast shooting full loads in calibers like .44 Magnum through a 10" barreled Ruger single-action, or .41 Magnum loads in a S&W 57. Mosin Nagants are fun to shoot too. I do NOT enjoy the recoil that comes from shooting hard-kicking calibers in light-for-caliber guns...

The difference is that the Sigma was designed to be extremely cheap and actually has an OK trigger if it wasn't so hard of a pull (which can be fixed pretty easily). I've fired both the Sigma and P250, as well as other Sigs and S&W autos. The P250 has a very smooth pull, but it is longer...

Ammo may be hard to find, but it should be an easy round to load for. If you buy 50 .327 rounds, shoot them, and then reload them to .32 S&W Long specs for practice, the brass should last practically forever.

Regardless of the reason, it is always better to buy powder in larger quantities (as long as it is something you'll need and use). It's cheaper and more consistant--every load came from the same lot #. Plus, if you buy it online you have to pay a hazmat fee regardless of whether you order 1...

Ran a case through, it came out 2.496''. I wonder if running a couple loads through it would stretch it out enough to use as a .300 WM case, but due to the issues mentioned (deposits, erosion), I don't think I want to risk it.
