    Insurgents battle rifle

my friend who got back a few months ago said they have a little bit of everything over there, even arisakas, and mausers, he also said "as long as there aiming at you, your relativly safe." training and accuracy is why we win against superior weapons. or maybe just superior calibers?

    Tactical turret scope

you know, those tacticool knobs aren't much good in thick brush. they tend to get turned by branches and twigs and such. but if your in more open terrain i say go for it. +1 for leupold

Magnum Research Baby Desert Eagle .45

i had good luck with mine for a while. after about 2000 rounds the stock mag springs gave up and it started jamming about once a mag. bought two new mags and cured the problem. the only reason i sold mine is because i coudn't findany accessories for it:springs, holsters, etc. accurate pistol...

    glock 21 SF

well another trip to the range, and no problems. i tried my best to make it choke but it kept chugging along. i tried sideways, upside down, limp wrist, limp wrist and grip side ways and upside down and it just kept going bang. the only other pistol i've had, this reliable, was the ruger P90...

    glock 21 SF

haven't had a chance to reply for a few days, but i went to the range two days ago and shot 50 rounds (it was 15 degrees and windy call me a wuss if you have to) i was tearing up an old log at about 100 feet on the first mag, and the rest i just shot for speed to see if it would choke. no...

*Whew* Glad that was at the range. . .

i have'nt shot a lot of it but the mag-tech fmj worked real well for me and seemed to be cleaner than WWB. oh and by the way that "possibility of shots through a car door" statement. have you ever shot through a cars door? well strangly enough, i have, more than once. the place me and my friends...

    How is this 1911?

i said other because your not gonna touch most of those brands with $800. a 1911 is just like racing "how fast do you want to spend" a 1911 is what you make of it . off the shelf $800 will buy a good 1911. 1300 will buy an excelent 1911. above that and your in to costom territory and you get...

What are some good "Sleeper" Semiautos?

i picked up a .45 that you could call a sleeper. it's a mag reasearch baby eagle .45 it's all steel, nice trigger, has 10+1 cap, a real hammer on the back, and it's very accurate. the safety how ever is a decocker that stays were you put it, and it's slide mounted. may be a deal breaker for you...

    Most controllable .45 ACP platform?

of all the 45's i've shot the softest most controllable was the ruger P 90 DC. it was the first real pistol i ever owned and i wish i hadn't let it go. it was also the most accurate out of the box. and reliable too. i could print happy faces on siloette targets at 30 feet all day long. me and a...
